The Morgan Model Home can be purchased turn-key. Please contact us for the staged inventory list.

Can additional structures be built?

There is the potential to build an additional shed for recreational vehicles and gear in your backyard.

Can I bring my own plans?

Yes — we welcome custom builds. If our five floor plans aren't the right fit, bring yours and we'll make it happen.

What's included in each home?

A primary suite on every level, 3-car garage, mudroom, laundry room, and generous living spaces that move as freely as you do.

What floor plans and finishes do you offer — and can I make changes?

We offer a selection of floor plans and two color schemes, all designed by a/911 Architectural Firm with interiors by K. Rocke Design. Not finding exactly what you're looking for? Our architect works directly with you to adapt any plan to your needs.
